The International Coaching Academy

ICA : international Coaching Academy, is the first international coaching academy in Tunisia, was created by its founder Mrs. Amira ROUISSI, in 2018.
First, the Academy was a simple tunisian training center named « The Loft For Training » which presented diverse programms in different fields of training including human developement courses.
In 2019, the center has been accredited by the « American Canadian Board for Professional Training », and has presented the First Full International Coaching course in the world by delivering an international coaching Diploma.
In 2020, the center was accredited by the « European Speciallized Studies Academy », and has presented the second session for the International Coaching Course.

In 2021, Mrs Amira ROUISSI, has got the full International Accreditation for the center by the « International Accreditation Organization (IAO) » and has transformed the center to a coaching academy under the name « International Coaching Academy » which has presented the First International Coaching full course for 4 speciallities : Business Coaching, Life Coaching, Scholar Coaching and Training.

About the Founder :
Mrs. Amira ROUISSI, the founder and owner of the « International Coaching Academy », she is a Tunisian business woman and international Coach, graduated as Web Master from ISAMM Tunisia. Specialist in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), titular of Human ressources and Administrative Management Diploma, and Entreprise Management Diploma.
Member of « The American Canadian Board of Profesional Training » and exclusive reprentative of « the European Academy of Specialized Studies ».
Amira began her professional career as a Web Master and computer programing developer, then she moved to teaching computer sciences, and since 2009 she integrated the business world and developped her management skills by working in several fields such as Communication, Finance, investment, management…. And besides of her professional career Amira has not stopped her searchs and studies in coaching and human development domain.
In 2018, Amira decides to create her own business by founding one of the first few Coworking spaces in Tunisia, « The Loft Coworking space ».
To participate to expanding this new concept in Tunisia, Amira has included the human development courses in the frequent events of the coworking space, thing which helped the startupers to develop their small business and their personal skills.
In the end of 2018, the coworking space has got the agreement of the Tunisian government as a training center, in 2019, the center has got the accreditation from two of the most famous international organisme : « The American Canadian Board of Profesional Training », and « the European Academy of Specialized Studies ».

In 2021, The center has got the international evaluation as an International Academy of Coaching according to the international standars of training and management from the « International Acrediataion Organization ». and got this new name « International Coaching Academy ICA »

Amira Continues to exercice the coaching as a life, business and trainer coach.

Our Mission

The mission of ICA is to instruct full developped coachs, by implementing a system of training based on global courses and specillized courses.

Begining by developping the coach himself arriving to teach him all the tools, techniques and programms to work, and offering him a professional practical training in the academy during one year after achieving the course.

  • To implement regular rules for exercicing the coaching job.
